Our Men and Women

Making and
Maturing Disciples

Discipleship Groups

'Iron sharpens iron,
and one person sharpens another.'
Proverbs 27:17

To grow healthily we need each other. At Living Hope we want every man and woman to have the opportunity to enjoy God centred friendships in which they know others, are known by others and mature as followers of Jesus together.

Women's Discipleship

Women’s discipleship is about equipping and supporting women to walk alongside one another, in whatever capacity is available to them.

Our aim is that every woman in the church would be personally prayed for and supported. This happens through monthly socials and by inviting every woman to be an “alongsider” in the way that is most accessible to her.

We try to support every woman in a way that is tailored to her individual capacity and needs. Opportunities for connection and encouragement include prayer partners or triplets, accountability friendships, one-to-one Bible studies, and small group Bible studies.

Men's Discipleship

‘A band of brothers pressing on to become the men we are made to be.’

Men’s discipleship exists to equip and encourage men to live as Christians.

We aim to do this through monthly gatherings called ‘Second Saturdays' which is a time for us to eat, learn, discuss, ask, listen and pray together.

Each term we also go on an adventure together.
